Ulpan Adas will be offered this fall on Tuesdays from 7 - 8pm in the Biran Beit Midrash. This full immersion class will be conducted only in Hebrew (with some English help when needed). We will focus on everyday settings from ordering at a restaurant to talking at a bar with a friend. The class is for anyone who wants to gain a level of proficiency in spoken Hebrew and the ability to land at Ben Gurion airport and feel confident in getting around in Hebrew.

About Mark

Mark Lewis has been an Adas member for almost 20 years. Since he retired from DC Public Schools in 2019, he has spent the past five years studying Hebrew online with a tutor and at Middlebury College. For the past three summers, he has been both a student and now an assistant teacher at Middlebury's immersive Hebrew program. He loves Hebrew and hopes that his passion will be contagious.
