YP & Hesed Cooking Event
Join other YP'ers and the Hesed Cooking Team as we cook for a cause! The Hesed Committee at Adas Israel is committed to fostering a caring, compassionate, and support giving community. Give back to the community and learn an amazing Hamentaschen recipe at the same time. Although you won't be bringing any of the delicious treats with you (we'll store them in our Hesed freezer to be delivered at a later date to members in need), you'll walk away with the tools to make your own Hamentaschen and good feels that you are helping the larger Adas community.

Commemorating the salvation of the Jewish people in ancient Persia from Haman's plot “to destroy the Jews in a single day.” Ultimately, Purim is a holiday urging each of us to witness our lives from an alternate reality; a day in which up becomes down, right becomes left, and life becomes laughter.
